Location: Asheville, NC Type: Commercial   Description: Completed a small office upfit in a rented space within the Phil Mechanic Building. The renovation added two enclosed office spaces and a cozy conference room.

Location: Asheville, NCType: Commercial Description: Repurposing an indoor skate park into a vibrant indoor climbing gym in Asheville’s River Arts District. In the midst of renovations, the building and surrounding area sustained significant damage by Helene. Despite setbacks, this new recreational space opened for business in December 2025.
